Well below minimun standards for a rental property

− First, the posting was misleading about free parking at the property. Possible free parking on adjacent streets is not the same thing as free parking at the property. As far as I know, they keep postíng it this way. Second, we were most of our stay at the property without electricity and hot water. During that time, the property manager was evasive about its responsabilities and ability to fix the problem, and frankly quite rude with us. Finally,, this property manager did not accept to reiimburse anything to us despite the obvious fact that electricity and hot water are the most basic services in a rental property.

We liked the location! That’s it!

− The WORST EVER GUEST RELATION EXPERIENCE! I tried to contact them for help about wi fi that was extremely slow, and AC because we were cold first night, but they just ignored me! Also is written that there is coffee machine but not true! Really bad!

Close to bus stop to Vecice 2-3 min walk. We used line 6 - direct route to Venice. Ticket can be bought on the bus by contactless card. Line 6 cost 3 euro, 6L cost 9 euro in March 2025. Across the street from the apartment, little to the right is a good pizza place. Seems to be well loved by locals. We left the car on the street. In March 2025, there was no problem finding space. There is a washing machine.

− The power went out at 9 on the day we were moving out. Circuit breakers were on. Probably, there is a timer to help to move out straggling tourists. No problem for us, but it may need to be changed to 10 - checkout time.

Very average and very expensive.

Nice appartment size and nice light. We were happy to have a washing machine.

− The welcome was not good and the host was not waiting for us at the door as we had expected it. The host was expecting us to contact him via WhatsApp, which is totally unprofessional. We had to wait 20 minutes downstairs and there was no ringer. The bed was a disaster: basically a basin where you sink. Backpain guaranteed. After several days, my back still hurts! Moreover the cleanliness was not taken seriously: the floor was not properly cleaned, and one could see under the bed an incredible amount of garbage, The little small carpets were dirty as well. Same thing with the tablecloth and so on. Basically, No attention to detail at all.

Lovely Venice flat

Emilio, our host was very welcoming and accomodating. The flat was very spacious, spotless clean and beautifully decorated.

− The location was very noisy until 23:00 (But fine afterwards). There were many steep steps to the flat. The shower was tiny and not very comfortable.

Super! Clean, tidy, plenty of free parking around the apartment. Public transport to Venice nearby.

− One extra bed is practically unusable. So instead of 4 beds, we had 3. The younger child slept with me and my wife in a large king bed. Everything else was great, as expected. Ideal for 2 or 3 guests. A quality bed and mattress should be provided for the fourth guest and it will be 10/10.
