Asunnon sijainti lähellä rinteitä. Asunto kivan näköinen ja hyvin sisustettu.

− Pääsyohjeet asunnolle olivat epäselvät. Puhuivat avaimista oven vieressä olevassa lokerossa, mutta mitään tällaista ei ollut. Sisään pääsi ihan vain pääsykoodilla. Ulko-ovella oli avainlokeroja mutta niissä ei mitään numeroja. Itse asunnon oven vieressä ei mitään avainlokeroa. Itse avaimet löytyivät asunnon sisältä naulakosta, vaikka kaikissa ohjeissa puhuttiin siitä että löytyisivät avainlokerosta? En myöskään pidä siitä että minulle spämmätään sama viesti uudelleen ja uudelleen... Mielestäni sama viestin lähettäminen kerran tulisi riittää. Varsinkin kun viesteissä myydään lisäpalveluja sekä pyydetään arvosteluja asunnosta. Asunto aika ahdas ja pieni, mutta se oli odotettavissa. Lisäksi keittiössä hyvin vähän astioita. Kun tultiin asunnolle parvekkeen pöydällä oli iso läjä tuhkaa, lattialla nuuskapussi ja parvekkeen tuolille jätetty matto jossa jotain ruskeaa likaa.

Cozy apartment near SouthPoint slopes/Levilandia

The location was excellent for our needs as we spent most of the time in Levilandia with the kids and on the beginners slopes of SouthPoint. The apartment is located in the woodland, with wonderful chalets all around to admire. The elevator brings you right to the door of the aparment which is cleaned and maintained well. The two bathroom are quite handy, the bedroom with the bunkbeds has a sliding door and a small closet. Overall the apartment is suited for family, couples and friends equally. The staff from Holiday in Lapland is nice and responsive.

− The check-in instructions mentioned "keys in a box" outside the main door of the building but there were many boxes and there was no way to identify the box of our aparment. I guess, there was supposed to be the apartment number on it. It didn't bother us anyway; we used the door code to enter the building and the apartment. For an early check-in at 4:00 PM they wanted 50€, this is their policy. We were already paying good money for the day to check in at 5:00PM and leaving early on the day of the check out that we found this request a bit over the top. We decided to waste some time in Rovaniemi after landing and we then drove to Levi. Instructions in the apartment are in Finnish, we didn't encounter any issue with it but realistically they should also be written in English to accomodate international tourists.

The apartment isn't big, but the space is used very efficiently: it has 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sauna. The efficiency continues in the kitchen, where every cabinet is used to its full potential and it has way more to offer than one would think from a first glance. The apartment is also very close to the South Point and Levilandia, which was our main destination as a family with kids.

A nice stay.

Nice size for a family of 4, cosy and comfortable. The extra toilet was a bonus.

− We asked for early check in and were told it could not be accommodated due to the cleaning schedule (which is fine, of course), however after fluffing around town for 5 hours we checked in to a dirty apartment with the previous occupants’ dirty towels and bed linen still there. After spending ages getting on to the cleaning company they brought us fresh towels and linen but only reluctantly took the old stuff away. Didn’t make the bed, just gave us the linen and walked out……
