If you are looking for a desert stay, this place is just perfect. We were in love with the house after few minutes. Amazing location, beautiful sunrise and sunsets, the place is just stunning. The house is light flooded and every window gives a glimpse into the desert. The interior is nice and cozy, and with fully working heating / cooling system, bathroom, kitchen, and washer / dryer, you can easily spend here any amount of time you wish. We would have definitively stayed longer. Twentynine Palms and Joshua Tree are conveniently few minutes away and offer good options for food, groceries etc. The location is just perfect to explore the Joshua Tree Park, but also drive up to the Mojave reserve.

− Few details could be improved, for example several pieces of furniture require some basic maintenance and it would take very little to fix them. Booking.com incorrectly lists that wifi is present in the house, which is not the case (if you look for the house on other websites it will in fact say it does NOT have wifi). It was not a problem for us, actually we were happy to disconnect. Just a note that the road to get there is unpaved. Accessible to any vehicle, but a low clearance car may not be ideal. We had an offroad 4wd that we also used to drive through the desert trails, therefore we had no issues even when the conditions got worse after some heavy rains. The staff reached out to warn us in advance about the weather, which was appreciated.
