This is a charming canal house garden unit, but it needs a lot of TLC.
2.0Location was great, very convenient. It's located right on the canal in a row of charming historic canal houses.
− We left on the 4th day of a week booking due to the failed attempts to fix the toilet/shower. The sump pump alarm sounded after we took one shower and they relocated us to the upstairs unit. After it was allegedly fixed, we moved back in just for alarm to sound again, then the shower to back up the next morning. They stopped responding so we booked a nearby hotel. There was a well-used very small fan, but it didn't much move air around. While the coffee machine sorta worked, it also needed maintenance. There is ample shelving, but no hanging space for towels or clothes. Likely because of the sump pump issues, smells we're not the best and the window at street level could not be left open unattended.
Great location. Bed is comfy enough & the place is clean.

9.0The location of this accommodation is totally worth booking, close to everything, but still quiet and next to the canals.

8.0Das Apartment war funktional und insgesamt sauber. Die Einrichtung ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für einen Städtetrip völlig ausreichend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die wirklich tolle Lage, direkt an einer Gracht, mit vielen Kaffeehäusern, Bars und Restaurants gleich ums Eck. Auch das Anne-Frank-Haus ist ganz in der Nähe und der Bahnhof gut fußläufig erreichbar.
− Die Küchenzeile ist eher klein, aber mit Kühlschrank, Geschirr und Besteck ausgestattet. Etwas unpraktisch war, dass es kein separates Waschbecken zum Abwaschen gab und man dafür das Waschbecken im Badezimmer nutzen musste.
