Stellar Guest House with Impeccable Host

I highly recommend this guest house. It was incredibly clean and charming, and has an amazing view of the fortress and nature surrounding Veliko Turnovo. Stefi gave us a warm welcome and made us a Bulgarian breakfast cake which went perfectly with morning coffee throughout our stay. The house was quiet and my grandmother and I had no issues getting the rest we needed at night. The location is great, right in the middle of the older part of town, close enough nice restaurants and tourist destinations, but not crowded or loud - if you have a car, there is an area about a 2-3 minute walk away where you can park for free if there are available spots. I look forward to staying here again!

Gorgeous accommodation with spectacular view.

The guesthouse is in a brilliant location with a spectacular view. The old part of Veliko Tyrnovo is incredibly beautiful with many restaurants to choose from and really gorgeous shops selling arts and exquisite crafts made in the town. Stefi is a wonderful host and was very keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She told us about the light show that is on Friday and Saturday nights that gives an amazing display of changing colours over the magnificent fortress. The view from our balcony was probably one of the best in town. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom really clean and spacious. Thanks Stefi!

− The only problem for us was that smoking is allowed on the balconies and on our second night, the guests in the adjacent room were smoking and it was very unpleasant as we were wanting to sit outside. The smoke also entered our room.

Very friendly staff. Good location. Good bedroom and huge bathroom. Very good views, and perfect for watching the light show (a lot better than from the official site)

− Bathroom is private but not connected to bedroom, you must cross a shared hall. Would have appreciated a kettle for tea or coffee.

Very clean room with an amazing view. The hostess is very sweet and accommodating. Bathroom is shared between the rooms, but we were the only guests there - and it's a big and clean bathroom. In general, very pleased with our stay. The photo is the morning view from the balcony 😍

− Can't complain about anything. Have in mind - the house is in the old town of Tarnovo, so the streets are narrow and parking is a bit of a challenge, but nothing too impossible.
