Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento durante il nostro weekend romantico a Venezia e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La casa è meravigliosa, arredata benissimo, impeccabilmente pulita e situata in una posizione comodissima: Piazza San Marco è raggiungibile in circa 10 minuti a piedi. La zona è tranquilla, silenziosa e molto piacevole, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa a visitare la città. Sotto l’appartamento si trova anche un delizioso ristorantino, che consigliamo assolutamente, e nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi necessari, compreso un minimarket. Davvero una posizione top e una sistemazione dotata di ogni comodità. Tutto perfetto. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole che consiglieremmo senza esitazione!

− Se dovessimo suggerire qualche piccolo miglioramento, consiglierei di prestare maggiore attenzione ai prodotti da bagno. Sarebbe preferibile avere uno shampoo dedicato e un bagnoschiuma separato dal sapone per le mani; inoltre, la profumazione del prodotto presente non è stata particolarmente gradevole. Un altro suggerimento riguarda gli asciugamani: soprattutto nei mesi più caldi, quando è normale fare più docce al giorno, un set extra sarebbe sicuramente molto apprezzato.

The facility was comfortable, clean and modern. Special bonus that each unit had air conditioning. Entrance to the facility by ringtone was simple access. The neighborhood was nice & safe especially a cafe around the corner, with green awnings “CAMPO S MARIA”., excellent for breakfast and coffee.

− Just an FYI: The property is a bit of a walk from the train. Approximately 20 minutes. If you never been to Venice, do not bring large luggages cuz you will need to climb steps and about 8 bridges to get to this unit. Also there’s additional steps to get to each unit once you are able to enter. Also make sure you pay the Venice tourist fee as indicated by the owner. There was a slight misunderstanding on my behalf about the tourist fees.

Location was perfect. Very comfortable apartment.

I loved how close it was to everything, but still out of the way. We had an easy time finding the apartment. The amenities were great.

− We liked just about everything. There is a restaurant downstairs and it does get a little noisy at nights, but for us it was fine. Owner was picky about the trash, so just separate everything. He checks it everyday.
