The location of the apartment is really close to the beach la Teresita, also the apartment has a beautiful terrace. Just a perfect place.

Pros: The location is amaizing, is at maximum 5 min walk from Teresitas beach and we did this distance with a 5 years old child. In the area, very close is a SPAR supermarket very well organized with fresh fruits and veggie and not only. The kitchen in the apartment is very well equiped. I coocked several times. The balcony is very nice and spacious.

− The comunication with the host was quite difficult. I have asked for directions to find the apartment, but I was helped by the locals. It's very annoying that after 13 hours flight to search the location another 30 min. The streets are very narrow and is difficult by car, or at least when you don't know. The parking on the street is absolutely hard. We found a spot under the bridge and we parked there almost every time. 15 min walk. The beds were very umcomfy and the bed from the single room was small for me and my 5 years old daughter. My husband didn't fit with us. He slept separately on the cauch for 13 nights. The bathroom is very small, especially the shower cabin. I coldn't leave my daughter alone in the shower cabin, so I had to fit in with her to wash her. Very difficult. We are not big persons. We are normal, normal hight and weight. Only 4 towels for 3 persons for 13 nights?????Is good that we bring towels for the child. Also lack of covers for the beds. By chance we bring something with us from home. Also there are very small insects, smaller than ants, especialy at the bathroom sink. There is a bad smell from the kitchen sink. It should be drained. Be careful with the balcony door, it can stuck once closed with the key. We struggled to open it and we didn't close it with the key after. Beneath the apartment is a fish restaurant and sometimes there are smells that can be felt in the apartment.

Great space and amazing balcony. Was very comfortable and enjoyed being close to restaurants/living where the locals live. Has air conditioning and good wifi!

− Just a few things could have been better: -Host did not respond to me after check-in. I asked a simple question about parking (I didn’t understand a street sign) and did not hear back. I asked twice via WhatsApp. Don’t expect to have a good back and forth with this host. - Parking in this area is a nightmare (during summer anyway). There are typically spots that pop up if you drive around long enough, but there were days I had to park 10 mins away. -the fish restaurant downstairs can stink up the flat! Not a huge deal but you need to keep the windows open in the living area & kitchen to have air flow through the flat. Typically in the afternoons, the flat would start to smell of frying fish. Not a big deal, just something to note.
