the property could do with maintenance to the garden and house we did not enjoy our stay at Kinara

Location

− Jets in Hot Tub to fierce caused bruising to my daughters back. Patio doors did not lock so were not secure. Garden furniture should be updated seat cushions ripped and soiled, child's play tent ripped and moldy, brambles need cutting back as entangled in the tent. Not enough hanging spaces in bedrooms for two people it felt very cramped,,stained sheets and towels, Food left in dishwasher, Walk in shower leaked so it could not be used, it could do with somewhere to put soap etc. Not on the floor not enough room by basin for two people. all the Copper fittings, bath and basin all looked tired,stained and grubby as did some of the furniture, one of the dining chairs was broken, Tin mugs more suitable for camping and children not for Tea or Coffee, Had a problen getting the TV to work in the playroom remote control was very dirty and I had to clean it,

It was very comfortable stay we will stay again. The host was very responsive.

It was spacious and well appointed. Modern bathrooms and kitchen. Large garden Ample parking Great location

− Outdoor area and furniture need attention Difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature inside due to warm weather

Fantastic location, we didn't need a car because we were in walking distance of the lovely Harrys restaurant at the Gallivant and The Owl pub plus across the road from the incredible Camber Sands beach. Really comfortable beds. Kitchen equipment was fine for our short stay and had some lovely quirky items. The hot tub was fun and the garden a real bonus. We initially had an issue with connecting to the sound system but the hosts were super quick to assist and all was sorted very quickly - thank you Neil for your help and kindness over the weekend

− The bathrooms were a little strange, could have been a little more user friendly. Kitchen was missing a few items but nothing that would majorly impact your stay

It was perfect for our family gathering.

There’s lots to like! The location was so close to the beach, the decor was really interesting and lovely. The garden was large and well kept. There were comfortable beds for us all and enough sitting and dining spaces so that we could eat together.

Fabulous house, with everything you need and hot tub, in prefect beach location.

Location was spot on, just couple of mins walk and your on the beach, glorious. Great size house, we were group of friends and it felt large enough with plenty of space. Great hot tub
