8.0Great value for money. Food is great. Staff is friendly. Rooms accommodate very chilly winter evenings with heating and electric blankets.

10.0The staff was so friendly and helpful: they went the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable and special. For example, I mentioned that it was my wife's birthday that week and dinner time our table was decorated with a happy birthday message & they sang happy birthday and did a traditional Zulu dance show when it came time for dessert!
− Only small thing - would have preferred a door to the bathroom area (instead of simply a long privacy wall) in the family tent. But really was a small thing, in practice it wasn't as big a deal as we initially feared

9.0The outdoor shower was such a unique experience...even as a kudo grazed jn the other side of my wall...
− In the past, I experienced a boma dinner which was cut out on this trip....
Our guide was a very knowledgeable , friendly, gritty local - I had never had a non Zulu guide before and was pleasasntl
10.0It felt authentic, although missed hearing about the Zulu interpretation of what it was like interacting with these animals prior to fences. We loved experiencing an early drive and late drive. Both had so much to offer. The food was great and it was a really easy time for a family with teens.
− Not the property itself but it was so unfortunate to have so much litter seen on the road leading in. Interested to know how this could be changed. So much litter lining the roads.

10.0The staff looked after every need. The food was sensational, the service exceptional. Game drives were incredible. Just a wonderful experience made special by all the small touches.
