Very comfortable modern first floor apartment in a good location for sight-seeing. Parking on site. Nothing lacking in the way of facilities.

Fabulous weekend

Very spacious apartment, lovely and clean, beds were comfy fab kitchen surrounding area was quiet,a short walk to town centre. We went to the Falkirk wheel and kelpies used kelpie taxis who were very reasonable and friendly. The key pick up at store round the corner was really easy and there was ample parking at the property.

Cleanliness of the house. Well looked after. Closeness to shopping centre

− This is NOT a didn't like comment. Just advice for next guests,,, I didn't read the " entrance around the back " comment fully.. So MY fault.. The entry isn't on Aitchison Place as clearly stated. It's on Griffiths Street., just around the corner...

Dirty , didn’t plan on having to clean the place .

Location was good

− Very dirty, sent photos to owner, his reply , it was wear and tear , as a good will gesture he would get a cleaner for us to pay at a discount 😤no thank you it should have been clean on arrival! I had to clean it myself . One set of keys provided between 4 people , we did get a second set when we asked . Entry instructions for entry to the flat was poor . Told to park at the rear of the building and use the door with the blue cross , no door with blue cross so we had to take all our luggage round to the front of the building in the dark to find the door with door numbers on it . Filthy toilet, cobwebs on ceiling and light fixtures, very dusty skirting boards and on the internal door mouldings , the oven and extractor hood were gross, had to eat out which defeated the purpose of renting a place for self catering.
