Property was very affordable. This is a very good place for budget travelers in Singapore. We can expect minimum condition in a budget hotel. That we understood. We stayed 5 nights. After 3rd day, we have been shifted to another room since AC was not working properly. However, hotel staff quickly attended and changed our room. Windows cannot be opened for a security reason. That's what we have been informed after we inquired about reserving window access rooms. 650 meters away from the closest MRT station EW 9. This is bit of challenging if you travel with elders who have physical fitness concerns. Best thing was we had access to nearby restaurants.

− It could have been better if the hotel can arrange bell boy service. Many of the staff were very friendly. However, there was a front office mail staff who did our check-in on the day 1 and we haven't received a warm welcome. We understand sometimes that some of the services may vary due to staff's attitudes. Other than this particular incident, we did not have any other bad situation with the staff.

Staff was very helpful. The room we had a first smelled like smoke, and the AC did not cool the room. Thankfully, we we were able to change rooms.

− The hotel is quite old and expensive for a simple room. The location is bad and dangerous to navigate.
