Excellent friendly staff great location . Rooms were clean and had everything we needed . Breakfast was not good though the tables were not clean we had to clear plates off a table to get a seat and wipe them down . Breakfast was overcooked and there was no bacon no staff around . rolls and muffins were hard and the coffee was awful . However I would stay again but not have the breakfast

Great location and comfortable stay

Just returned home from an overnight stay in this hotel. Great location in Glasgow city centre. Perfect for the bus station. We were attending a show at the SECC and found it easy to get an uber out. We had stayed in the Edinburgh Holiday Inn Express the night before and arrived early not expecting to check in but leave our bags. Denis was on reception and was really welcoming and friendly. He managed to get us into our room early as it was ready, really appreciated by us. Room was comfortable, only complaint would be the bed was not quite as comfortable as the night before in Edinburgh. However, breakfast was superb and the staff at breakfast were so efferent and friendly. Everything was spotless, hot and replenished quickly. We had an evening meal in Ask Italian opposite and would also recommend this to others. Looking forward to returning again soon.

Well located hotel with decent breakfast

It is located next to the Glasgow main bus station so it is very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and does it job well. The included breakfast is better than expected with bacon, sausage and hashbrowns included. It is a good value stay and I will stay there again in the future.

Very nice staff, rooms very clean snd its in an excellent and safe location. Veey well priced with a nice italian restaurant next door.

The stay at this hotel was fabulous as always. The whole team are always so friendly & welcoming,They cannot do enough for you from checking in to breakfast to checking out. The hotel is central and easy accessible to all the local restaurants and attractions. The hotel is always spotlessly clean well equipped and breakfast is delicious with so much choice. Thank you once again team for a wonderful stay and for you all making our special trip extra special.

Please choose another hotel. First floor rooms do have underground noises which were exhausting. No sleeping possible till midnight, and again from 6:15 in the morning. Strong smell of eggs since 5:00 in the morning from breakfast room on the same floor! Stay away!
