10.0The eggs were runny - and the breakfast was not hot - the chafing dishes were not plugged in or used to their advantage so the food got cold. The service was amazing and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Just get someone to get those chafing dishes HEATING the food.
Poziom czystości nie do zaakceptowania
6.0Obsługa recepcji bez zarzutu. Obsługa śniadań wymaga szkolenia… Czystość pokoju (zwłaszcza łazienki) pozostawia wiele do życzenia biorąc pod uwagę standard i cenę za pokój. Konkretnie brudna ściana i lustro w łazience, przytkany odpływ prysznica, wykładzina w pokoju z naniesionym brudem. Wyglądało to tak jak by pokój nie został posprzątany po poprzednim gościu a jedynie wymieniono ręczniki i pościel… Taki stan nie powinien być akceptowany w tej klasie obiektu. Ja już więcej nie wrócę- wybiorę inny hotel.

10.0Loved this hotel!! Excellent food at the restaurant. Short walk to the Old Town. Concentration camp a short drive away. Staff at front desk and in restaurant exceptional. Highly recommend.
