Friendly staff, great service and comfortable stay
9.0The property was clean and comfortable. The location a little outside the high tourist area which was great because it was a little quieter. The staff at the property were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful during our stay. The morning breakfast and coffee and the evening bar service really added to our stay.

Eins der besten Hotels in Venedig, wenn ein kleines und ruhiges Hotel gewünscht ist.
10.0Alles war Top, wobei ich sagen muss, dass der Service vom Hotel wirklich sehr gut ist. Es wird sich um alles vorbildlich gekümmert. Auch wenn man an Anliegen hat, dauerte es nicht lange bis das Hotel das Anliegen dann zur vollsten Zufriedenheit des Gastes gelöst hat.
− Es gibt nicht, was ich negatives darüber sagen kann. Ich war zwar nur eine Nacht im Hotel, aber es war Perfekt. Mir hat nur 1x Flasche italienisches Bier und eine kleine Flasche italienischer Prosecco in der Minibar auf dem Zimmer gefehlt.

10.0The most gorgeous, quiet, clean and friendly hotel, the perfect end to our Italian holiday! We were very kindly upgraded to a beautiful suite on the top floor upon checking in, it had a gorgeous private terrace up some stairs within the room! A super comfy large bed, gorgeous bathroom and overall cleanliness of the hotel made it a gorgeous stay! The reception staff were so lovely and welcoming as well! The only negative we can think of is that we stayed only one night, we wished we could have stayed for longer! Gorgeous hotel and would recommend it to anyone!
