5.0It is near to the Rialto bridge
− Broken iron board no iron board to iron. , they could have replaced it. second bedroom has less facilities. Felt dusty, not clean properly ( we found old underwear under the cushions on the couch)
The lication is great and it is well decorated and set out with 2 bathrooms but management and maintenance is poor letti
6.0It could be lovely but does not seem to be well maintained or cleaned which is a shame.
− The washing machine advertised does not work. It is for 8 people but there were nit enough cups, plates or glasses for even 6 people. The sofa bed was broken snd no-one came to fix it despite asking. Entry to the apartment was very dirty and off putting with a broken stair that was dangerous and not cleaned up at all our entire stay.

The host and staff were very welcoming, friendly, and always available to help whenever we needed assistance. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again.
