Very Disappointing given the price

Very Good location , right by MRT and close to good spots in little India Nice swimming pool (but toilets by pool gross) Most staff very friendly

− For a 4 star £220+ room a night very disappointing. Air con poor - didn’t work during the day, the cleanliness of the toilets by the pool was terrible and the smell awful, very poor quality toilet roll both in the rooms and by the pool, no soap in reception area toilets. Beds quite hard and not the most comfortable. Tried to get a drink in the bar at around 9:30pm to be stopped at the lift and told The bar was shut! The Room was very small which to be fair I believe is common for Singapore. But with all The little things mentioned above, this was way below what we expected for a 4 star hotel in Singapore at this price.

Great stay with great access to MRT for getting around
