I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had at Pyramisa Sahl Hasheesh. The hotel is beautifully located, offering a peaceful atmosphere, clean rooms, and a great variety of delicious food. Every detail was well taken care of to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The animation team was also fantastic and added so much energy and fun to our vacation. ​What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional guest care—someone from the management team checked in on us every single day to ask about our feedback on the room quality, food, and overall experience. The level of attention and hospitality paid to guests is truly outstanding and went above and beyond our expectations. ​A special thank you goes to Mr. Sayed El-Zeiny for his outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism. His attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our stay memorable. ​I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent séjour ! Un accueil chaleureux et professionnel dès notre arrivée, aussi bien de la part de la réception. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Une mention spéciale à l’homme qui s’occupe de la chambre 2021 : merci pour son excellent travail, sa disponibilité et son attention au quotidien. La plage est magnifique, la piscine est superbe et les soirées sont vraiment exceptionnelles, avec une très bonne ambiance. Une mention spéciale également à la jeune fille aux cheveux longs et tatouée : elle est absolument géniale avec les enfants, très souriante, gentille et attentionnée. 👏 Merci aussi à tous les serveurs et les barmans, toujours aux petits soins et très professionnels. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Un très bel hôtel avec une équipe formidable. Nous le recommandons vivement et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! ❤️
