The beds were comfortable.

− Staff was not at desk allot. We left airpod pros behind by accident and staff has them and is using them. They will not ship or mail them. Cockroaches in bathroom

Was welcoming and a great place to stay if you’re looking to go to Madison Square Garden!

I liked how close it was to the venue! It also was very welcoming and organized well. I took a train into the city for a concert and was able to be right down the street. The property was also welcoming from staff to how clean the room was.

− Maybe adding a feature to the light when detecting movement it goes on. The only part I noticed was after around a half hour my light would be off.

Can't beat the price for the location. They held our bags after checkout while we explored before our flight. Management was attentive.

− Stairs, we were on the 4th floor with no elevator but that's just how the building is. Bathrooms were a little janky but functional

Cheap room, comfy bed, good location

Bed was comfortable, the gentleman at check in brought my heavy suitcase up

− No elevator, no amenities for refreshments, booked a queen room and got a double with the bathroom sink in the actual room and not the bathroom. Wifi spotty. Broken door lock.

For a place to just sleep, it was ok.
