4.0Wir hatten ein großes Appartement.
− Leider war das Appartement sehr dreckig. Auf dem Tisch sowie den Stühlen lagen noch Krümel, ebenso auf dem Boden in der Küche und die Badezimmer waren auch nicht gerade gut geputzt mit dreckigen Rändern in der Dusche und am Waschbecken. Die Toilettenspülung ist die ganze Nacht durchgelaufen und allgemein hatte diese nicht wirklich gespült. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt sehr altmodisch und abgenutzt und auch die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr dürftig. Zum Teil waren Töpfe und Besteck dreckig in den Schränken gestanden. Der Parkplatz wurde ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit sehr voll, wodurch man dann nur noch schwer einen Parkplatz bekommen hat.

− Falta de información en el check-in, tuvimos que llamar por teléfono y esperar 20 minutos al teléfono para que nos atendiera alguien y luego si que nos enviaron por mensaje cómo hacer el check-in

The card holder must be present and will be asked for official photographic identification, e.g. valid passport, driving license or national I.D. card upon arrival.
Please note that reception is opened between 09:30 and 18:00 from Monday to Friday and closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Arrivals outside of reception hours must be requested by the property in advance.
The self-check-in instructions will be sent via email. Please note, guests who book and are under the age of 21 must have written consent from the management at the property prior to their arrival. Bookings will not be guaranteed without this. The Spiers reserves the right to refuse reservations for anyone under the age of 21.
If booking more than 3 apartments different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
