1.0Mr Owen and tallest shuttle driver were excellent. The gym was clean
− My room was not cleaned in two days even though i had called numerous times to have it cleaned. Housekeeping staff lied saying that the room was cleaned when they didnt even look in the room neither did we have towels to dry our skin or bathe. The overnight front desk staff on August 27th was very rude and disrespectful telling me to take up my room not being cleaned by the morning staff and not with him. He did not even offer an apology for our room not being cleaned even after i had called 3 times to request service. We were out all day got in after 12 midnight from 9 am in the morning went back home twice and requested service. had no towels to take a shower the night of the 27th. i am going to post this on trip advisor as well. i had sent an email to booking on August 28th requesting my full refund but i am just realizing the email had bounce back. We had large bag and the shuttle driver who took us to the airport left us 2 blocks over. We had to struggle to get our 5 bags over to departure. This was my worst experience in all my years of travel and i will never book this property again. My child who travels all over the world with me was so ashamed/ terrified of such experience. I will not recommend to anyone and especially as a hotelier myself.
