staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. ​The location is great—right in front of a metro station, making it very convenient to get around.

− Housekeeping Issues: On one of the days, I returned to find my personal items in the bathroom disturbed, and the new towel provided had a hair on it. However, I must give credit to the staff for their immediate and professional response in resolving the issue. ​Breakfast: The breakfast does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. It felt as though they lacked a proper kitchen setup—even basic items like vegetables were not sliced. I have stayed at many 4-star hotels with a much better selection and quality. ​Elevators: The elevators are quite outdated. Upon arrival, they were out of order, and throughout the stay, we had to wait for a long time due to slow service. ​Overall, while the staff and location are great, there are several operational details that need attention for a true 4-star experience.

− Klimaanlage ging 2 Tage nicht. 2 von 3 Aufzügen fielen tagelang aus ohne dass wir (8.Stock) eine Kompensation bekamen . Wir mussten immer sehr lange warten . Das Frühstück war nicht gut.

Pasamos una noche con mi familia, el hotel es algo oscuro en general, es un buen hotel pero quizás no para hacer turismo. El personal un 10. La ubicación no es tan buena, nos costo encontrar un buen restaurante cerca. Estuvimos muy pocas horas.

Pleasant weekend away with friends in a reasonably priced hotel in a good location in Madrid

Location of the hotel was excellent for exploring the city, right opposite the Moncloa metro station, and a reasonable walk to the tourist areas. The roof top area was lovely with a nice small pool for cooling off. Hotel was clean and staff were polite and helpful.

− The aircon didn't work in our room, which although was fixed quickly we were offered a coupon for 3 free drinks at the hotel bar a compensation, however the bar was never open for the entire duration of our stay (which was over a weekend when it was meant to be open all day) which was disappointing. The other issue was that the lifts had a mind of their own in terms of which floors they would arrive at, and for most of the stay two out the three lifts were not working at all - not great for guests on higher floors. Breakfast hot buffet food was not very nice.
