Clean, spacious room and extremely courteous staff
9.0It felt very safe, rooms were clean and spacious, and had very courteous and respectful staff. It also has a pretty beach and view.
− We were told to call the apartment concierge person assigned to our unit and she never got back to us to get our clothes cleaned. We might have booked a different unit had I known that up front.

10.0Todo espectacular, es un complejo de departamentos con dueños que lo rentan por diversas plataformas, el que elegimos es muy amplio, camas súper cómodas, espacios muy amplios el balcón líndisimo para desayunar y disfrutar de la vista, tiene todas las amenidades tipo hotel, toallas en la alberca, restaurantes, jacuzzi, etc...
− Utilizamos el gimnasio y nos sentimos incómodos porque no nos dejaban hacer nada, nos decían que no podíamos hacer ruido y casi ni platicar porque los dueños se enojaban.

10.0It is a fabulous place to stay, the beds were very comfortable, you feel welcomed by the staff and the food was amazing. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!
Overall great and relaxing experience at the hotel resort. If we visit again, I will opt for the “all inclusive” package
9.0Property was beautiful, clean, and just outside “El Centro” which contributed to the peace and quiet. Felt very safe while staying at the resort with my family of four! Rooms were amazing, spacious, and we appreciated the three full bathrooms!
− I did not appreciate the 15% surcharge for eating at the property despite being guests of the hotel. It begins to add up when the family is tired after swimming all day and just wants a good dinner without leaving the property. This was added because we chose not to get the “all inclusive” package.
