− Formal Complaint – Akgun Hotel Beyazit, Istanbul Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I would like to make a formal complaint about my stay at Akgun Hotel Beyazit in Istanbul. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I booked a Standard Triple Room, but upon arrival, the hotel informed me that only two beds were available and that there was no alternative room. What made the situation even worse was the unprofessional and unhelpful attitude of the staff. They treated us poorly, sent us back and forth, and showed no willingness to help us resolve the problem. Their customer service was completely unacceptable. After a long journey, we arrived tired and expected the accommodation we had confirmed and paid for. Instead, we were left frustrated and disappointed. I expect Booking.com to take this complaint seriously, investigate the hotel’s conduct, and provide an appropriate solution and compensation for this unacceptable experience. I trusted Booking.com when making my reservation, and I expect better service and support. Kind regards

L’emplacement

− L’hôtel ne mérite vraiment pas les 4 *. La propreté des chambres laisse à désirer , petit déjeuner stricte minimum enfin l’hôtel est très mal entretenu.
