+ Excellent location above Lavender MRT — very convenient for transport and nearby food/shops+ Helpful/cooperative staff in several reports (early check-in, family-friendly service)+ On-site conveniences: pool option and proximity to food courts/shops+ Cleanliness generally noted as good by some guests− Rooms are frequently described as small, narrow or tighter than expected− Breakfast repeatedly criticized as poor/limited, warm milk and inadequate refrigeration− Reports of rude staff at breakfast/reception and problematic coin-only laundry policy

9.0location. just walk 1/2mins green line mrt station, foods court... all there.
− The washbasin is clogged.
Nice
8.0Very nice location near the MRT station
− Maybe food should have mixed varietes.
It was comfortable and safe.
10.0Its accessible to the met station amd HALAL outlets.
− The airconditioning is being set at higher temperatures and i need to call up the receptionist to fix my room aircondition at room 1055.
Location wise 10/10
7.0Plenty of lifts so waiting time was less than a min max. Taxi dropoff literally at doorsteps. Literally on top of MRT station, dont even need to cross roads. McD is same building and there is a Fairprice supermarket 2 blocks down. Love the TV which is on the wall, saving space on tbe table.
− Shower is tiny and bigger sized adults might have trouble turning 360deg
