8.0Great location, right in the doorstep of Broadway, Times Sq and so close to many other things. I didn't have a street facing room, so there was no noise either. When you enter the hotel through the wooden doors you are hit by the lovely aroma and feel like you're somewhere completely different. It's very stylish, subdued lighting (which is nice after all the harshness of outside) and relaxing, with a comfortable bed.
− The air con unit is very noisy with lots of rattling in the ducts. The fitness centre is also very small and basic. Complimentary drinks in the lobby stop late afternoon, so no usual late night cuppa for me.
