− In the guest room, we could hear our neighbors in guest room next door when they were in their bathroom. It was like they were in the same room as us. Need to have better soundproofing between rooms.
Our stay in Rome was terrific and worth doing again.
9.0The hotel's location was great. It is so close to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps that we could walk, but even when we wanted a taxi, it was a quick ride. The woman at the front desk during the day (Sorry, I do not remember her name) was exceptionally kind and patient. She even translated for us when our driver came to pick us up. The room was nice as well.
− The pillows were extremely flat and need to be replaced. The elevator was too small to accommodate guests with multiple bags, and it was very slow. The breakfast was fine, but I would have liked to have fresh pastries from Rome.

Great accommodation and friendly staff to help with your stay.
10.0Comfortable room, breakfast was great, location was close to some main attractions, staff were really good and obliging. Great rooftop bar. Once we got our bearings most attractions, restaurants and tourist likes were easy to find in walking distance. Overall a great place for a stay in Rome.
− There wasn't much not to like as the Albergo met most of our expectations.
