Comfortable stay with good breakfast, but no fridge or elevator was inconvenient.
6.0The breakfast was very good and had a nice variety of sweets, croissants, cakes, coffee, and other items. Breakfast is served in a shared room, which was convenient. The room itself was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed and sofa. There is daily housekeeping, so the room is cleaned every morning and they also provide additional toiletries and toilet paper when needed. The location was also quite convenient. It was around a 20-minute tram ride from the main railway station/city centre, so getting around was relatively easy. AC was great and controllable.
− The room did not have a fridge, and unfortunately there was no shared fridge or kitchen available for guests to use. There were also no basic items such as a kettle, cups, or similar facilities in the room. Check-in and check-out times are quite strict, which may be inconvenient for some guests. There is also no elevator. The B&B is only about two floors up, but carrying heavy luggage up the stairs could be difficult for some people. The TV was quite small and positioned on the wrong wall, so it wasn't really possible to watch comfortably from the bed. The bathroom was okay overall, but it could have been cleaner. Also Wi-Fi was really weak.
