10.0This hotel was amazing. We had a view of the historic Lucerne Tower and Bridge from our room/balcony and it was perfection! The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable and the room was immaculate. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience in Lucerne!

10.0This is a classic hotel with excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. Staff are friendly and attentive. Location in old city on the water is delightful. The restaurant serves excellent gourmet meals in an upscale white linen tablecloth restaurant. The artwork on the facade is beautiful and historic. I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant.
