Absolutely nothing.

− Do not stay at this hotel. We paid €732.50 for a 4-star experience, but it is an unsafe, unhygienic, and loud property that do not respect basic hospitality or consumer 1. Severe fire and safety hazards: The hotel provided us with three defective kettles in a row. The first did not work, and the second was filthy. The final replacement kettle had no filter on the spout and failed to shut off automatically at a rolling boil. It ran continuously, creating an immediate fire, steam, and explosion hazard in our room. 2. Complete lack of hygiene and housekeeping: On our arrival, our room was left with dirty, unwashed bedding sheets. Worse, housekeeping completely neglected our room and didn’t change our dirty sheets for our entire 5-day stay. They also refused to restock basic amenities. I had to go to the front desk in the morning to ask for toilet paper, and the receptionist interrogated me about how many nights we had left before reluctantly handing over two rolls. 1. False Advertising regarding room view: Our Booking.com reservation explicitly guaranteed a room configuration with a view of the Moulin Rouge or a courtyard. Instead, our window looked directly out at a blank, dirty concrete wall just inches away. 2. Serious health and allergen neglect: My wife has a strict medical gluten intolerance. The kitchen staff openly refused to check or verify if the breakfast sausages were gluten-free, showing a dangerous lack of training. Additionally, the hotel only provided one single, shared communal toaster for all guests. Forcing someone with a strict allergy to toast their gluten-free bread in a machine coated in standard wheat crumbs completely defeats the purpose and is a major medical cross-contamination risk. To top it off, the scrambled eggs were served stone-cold, and we had to wait nearly an hour for breakfast. 5. Shocking noise and zero privacy: The walls are paper-thin. You can hear your neighbors talking clearly, making sleep impossible.

Super close to public transport, good restaurants, bars and patisseries near by. Rooms were clean, aircon was cold and staff was very friendly

− Not the hotels fault, but loud neighbours slamming rooms doors at all hours of the day and night
