Très bon accueil. Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner en chambre ce qui était très bien avec vue sur le canal, c’était fabuleux !

Great experience! We liked everything about this apartment. Apartment was beautiful and big. The building was located next to canals, so from the window we could see nice views of buildings and canals of Venice, and people passing by on boats or doing gondola rides. The staff was very friendly. For example, before check-in and check-out, we could leave our luggage in the reception. The breakfast was a great Italian experience. Each morning we were brought a basket with fresh and warm pastries accompanied by good juice and warm coffee. Definitely 10/10 and I totally recommend.

Καλή επιλογή αν θέλεις να βρίσκεσαι σχετικά κοντά στον σταθμό των λεωφορείων. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και καθαριζόταν καθημερινά, ενώ ήταν πολύ άνετο και σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή. Η θέα ήταν πραγματικά μαγευτική και ήταν ένας από τους βασικούς λόγους που επιλέξαμε το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο. Ο Ματέο ήταν πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός από τη στιγμή που φτάσαμε και μας εξήγησε τα πάντα. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο και παραδιδόταν κάθε πρωί στο δωμάτιο, την ώρα που είχαμε ζητήσει.

− Το μοναδικό πρόβλημα που αντιμετωπίσαμε ήταν με το air condition, καθώς είχε υπερβολική ζέστη και δεν κατάφερνε να δροσίσει επαρκώς το δωμάτιο.

Easy check-in, the host is available for contact. A comfortable mattress, there is a kettle and a fridge. Mosquito screens on the windows

− Breakfast is brought to your room and consists of 80% sweet and pastry items. There’s just some butter and bread, and yoghurt; the rest is waffles and biscuits. There are some concerns about cleanliness.

The location was great and central for us, Matteo was absolutely fantastic at accomodating our breakfast request. Also the property was exceptionally clean which is always fantastic.

Nous avons aimé la vue.

− Le bain n'était pas fonctionnel Le support de la douchette était brisé et très difficile d'utiliser la douchette debout. Le climatiseur était très très faible donc il faisait très chaud même la nuit.
