− The only thing in twin bed room wasn’t enough space to put two suitcases comfortably

Die Lage ist sehr gut, Nahe an der U- Bahn.

− Wir hatten extra das Deluxezimmer gebucht wegen der Sussicht auf die Gärten. Die gibt es aber nur nach Verfügbarkeit auch wenn es in der Beschreibung anders steht. Das Bett war eine Katastrophe, 2 quer zusammengebaute Einzelbetten mit einer Matratze bei welcher msn auf der Seite abrutschte. Spiegeleier kosten extra. Der Tanquerey-Gin und die Fruit and Fibre Frühstücksflocken sind ausgegangen und wurden nicht ersetzt. Man kam sich vor als schliesse das Hotel demnächst.

The property is well situated near Earl’s Court tube station and a short walk to Gloucester road station. It is a beautifully appointed hotel with comfortable beds and lovely bed linen and towels. There is a compact bar and a small outside space which is a luxury in that part of London. The staff are exceptional and we’re all really helpful.

− A small point might be a wider selection of healthy options as not everyone wants a cooked breakfast.
