8.0Buenas ubicación. La cama cómoda y la habitación bastante limpia.
− Que nadie del personal supiera hablar Español y que la habitación es un poquito pequeña.
Hotel in reality does not match the photos.
4.0It was in a good location.
− This accommodation is nothing like the photographs. We paid extra to book a 'family suite' with a balcony. The photos looked beautiful, but the reality does not match. Our 'suite' was actually two adjoining rooms. In place of a beautiful Parisian balcony (shown in the photographs) was a dim and unappealing small courtyard, formed from the cement walls of the rooms, and shared with another room. There was a neon green lit palm tree in the middle that felt eerie. It didn't feel private or safe, and we kept the curtains closed the whole time. I've never left a review like this before, but this was our trip to Paris and we were so excited. The whole place felt tired, grim, and misleading. There was also sellotape on our shower and on the balcony doors. It had a really negative effect on our trip to Paris.

8.0Hotel Cosy et Chaleureux. Chambre petite , mais très agréable. SDB bien conçu et accessoire toilette japonais ..👍 Bonne isolation avec l extérieur. Ptit dej tres bien.
− - Il n y a pas de parking comme il était mentionné. Il s agit d un parking public a proximité , avec tarif id aux parking de la ville. - Communication compliquée avec le personnel pas très compétent . On a demandé le soir de l aide concernant les appli de stationnement aux bornes: incapable de nous aider. Le matin, on demande un deca, ils ne savent pas ce que c est.! - Les tarifs: même si tout augmente drastiquement, Chambre + Ptit dej = cher .
