posizione ottimale in centro ad Amsterdam, silenziosa e servita da mezzi. c'era a disposizione una zona comune dove ci si poteva preparare gratuitamente un caffè, cappucino o altro, anche per la colazione. Staff molto cortese, zona e albergo molto silenzioso. Attenzione che come tutte le case in centro le scale sono strette e molto ripide, noi eravamo al terzo piano, ma non ci sono pesate le scale. Eravamo in 4 in una stanza, abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti, il bagno non era grande ma sufficiente

− il bagno non era molto grande, ma pulito. suggerirei di mettere una chiusura alla doccia, perché altrimenti ad ogni doccia si bagna tutto il bagno

The front desk Chinese guy and the Ukrainian young girl were very nice helping me checking in and out!

− Firstly, reception only opens 12 Hours and no longer 24 hours, this makes check in and check out to be difficult for those travellers leaving or arriving outside the 8-20(8am-8pm) range! Next, the stairs are very narrow and no lift is available for use! What does this mean? It means if you have heavy luggage’s like me then you will need to USE ALL YOUR MUSCLES and CLIMB the narrow tiny staircase to the top to reach your room! This can especially be painful for disabled people! And 3, room is quite small too! Window can be opened but it does NOT STAY all the way! You have to use the fan or other objects to held the window in place for it to stay open, otherwise it will close on its own! The toilet can stink from time to time after you use it! Shower room is quite small but I’m ok with it! Overall, I feel this 225$USD/ 200€ a night room is DEFINITELY NOT worth the value! Also Amsterdam the city itself is a pretty rude place to live in, no different from NYC Vancouver Toronto or some of the other major cities in NA! I’m quite disappointed with the rudeness of the KING BIKERS and psycho freaks around the Leidseburrt square!

− My room was located by the back garden. People could come and sit there at any time, and whenever I opened my window, we would make eye contact; consequently, I had no privacy in my room and couldn't feel safe. One night at 3:00 AM, someone wandered around that garden for hours using their phone's flashlight and sat there smoking; since the reception closed at 8:00 PM, there was no one I could contact—it was a frightening and nerve-wracking situation.
