1.0The location is just a parasite on the beautiful golf courses nearby. A lot of golfers think to book a nice hotel close to some famous golf courses but in reality the hotel is old fashioned, the rooms are very small with no ventilation or airco and just a 1 square meter window that only can be opened 20 cm.. the breakfast is a disaster. Very poor buffet no meat , no cheese. Coffee is black hot water and a capucchino in the morning is sold extra at 4.75 pounds 👀.

8.0Very nice hotel, modern fresh decoration and facilities. Staff lovely especially the staff in coast restaurant and lovely lady freshening up rooms.
− Whilst the arran suite was exceptionally nice. It was a bit strange looking over an area prepared for a wedding ceremony, with no other external view.

9.0From the minute we walked in the door, the staff were so so friendly and welcoming. Everyone we met was so chatty and happy to help. We were really impressed with the staff. Beds were so comfy and the bathrooms were lovely and clean.
− The quality of breakfast could have been a bit better. We also felt like it was quite expensive but I’m not sure if they were standard prices or just because of the wedding.

− No fridge in the room, the room was absolutely stifling and we had to ask several times for a fan. Then fault with fire alarm woke us up twice from 6am!!!
