10.0We checked in at 3am and the checked in made our tired trip a breeze. They even offered to extend our checked out time longer since we arrived at 3am. Staff are nice and the area is near shopping centers.

4.0The room I booked was not available. Recoption said they'lllet me know if it is available. Well, reception never switchedme to what I booked for. AC was not working all the time, I had to sleep i hot temperatures. Parking was terrible. I had a complementary breakfast, but then, reception tells me no breakfast no included. So sorry, but really bad place to stay at.
