9.0Location is very central, rooms are comfortable and hotel is well taken care of (clean, well maintained, smart)
− Improvement could be achieved by adding a Nespresso machine in the room

10.0Friendly reception. Davines product in the batch
− Was all perfect
Great value and convenience and wonderful friendly and helpful staff!
9.0The breakfast was fantastic and a huge spread. The room was lovely and quiet. The location is perfect - right at the tram stop from the airport and at the major train station. The staff was exceptional, especially Maurizio and Amalia. Maurizio helped me book another room at the end of my trip! He got me a great room at a great price.
− The perfumed sheet should be left off or optional - the scent is very heavy.
