Literally nothing lol. Worst experience of my life and they won't even give me a refund.

− Everything. I only spent 15 minutes there before I turned around and left. The whole place was awful, made me feel unsafe, it wasn't clean, there was BLACK MOLD in the air con unit (which was also duct taped to the wall), the closet door was broken, the floors were sticky, the mirror was broken... I could go on and on. Also the door to the building was broken so it didn't lock, and as a solo female traveler - hell no!!! There was also some guy pestering me about if I was alone and what room I was in. Staff was just hanging around outside when I came, and when I told them I was leaving the guy just was like okay, didn't care, didn't offer another room or to try and make things right. He just acted as if this was a completely normal response. 0/10 do not come again!!!

− Smoke detector hanging, plugs all mixed up with the switches , lose or hanging outlets and covered with scotch tape, not enough towels. 4 Little smelly pillows for king bed. Broken screens on windows. Hot tub jets spit out scum. Difficulty opening outside door. Very poor cleaning and maintenance. Will not return. Very disappointed. Hyatt hotels should remove their name from this hotel.
