Uncomfortable bed

Location was excellent, our room was quiet as facing the roof of the dining room

− THE BED. When you pay €600pn you expect to sleep in a comfortable bed. Our bed had a mattress topper but even with this, it was a very hard mattress. You could feel the springs in the mattress and every time one of us moved in the bed the other person moved as well. We complained after 2 nights sleep and were told they would do something about it, they didn't. We complained after the 3rd night, hoping to have one good night's sleep. We asked to talk to the manager but was told there was no Manager available to talk to as they don't work on Sundays and they wouldn't be in early on Monday morning before we left so we had no contact with management. The receptionists said they would try to do something but nothing was done, same mattress and topper in the room when we returned that evening and no communication from the hotel. We have never paid so much for a hotel, this was a birthday celebration and we were let down.

Perfect stay in Madrid.

It is walking distance to every major attraction, safe location, would defenitely stay again.

Quarto muito espaçoso. Banheiro confortável com chuveiro quente e pressão boa. Atenderam prontamente meu pedido de colocar um berço pro meu bebê. Pedi uma coberta extra pra camareira e ela foi super atenciosa. Localização excelente! Fizemos tudo à pé praticamente!!! Iluminação do quarto muito boa!

No sleep hotel

Room was clean and breakfasts was OK

− I do not recommend staying in this hotel if you need your sleep. It is extremely noisy since its placed above a nightclub and bars. There was loude noise and people shouting all night until 7 am in weekend. There is no isolation on the windows and its impossible to sleep eleven with earplugs if you get room facing the street.
