2.0Receptionist E.B. was very rude. We had paId reservations, at the door she basically kicked us out, wouldn't hear me out. Said it was Expedias fault, butnit was hotel's fault. They oversold their rooms. She was absolutely beligerent about it and unempathetic, then wanted me to call securituly on me because i wouldnt leave. I wouldnt leave until I called Expedia to verify this place hadn't stolen my $. Only after I threatened to call the cops did the lady allow me to make my call while there, to verify. Worst experience ever. Luckily Expedia empathized and got me a better hotel and they paid the difference. That is customer service.

2.0Was not habitable for anyone. Rooms were filthy and stank like plumbing problems for decades. Sinks, toilets and showers were not in Working order and were filthy. Checked in long enough to see my room then immediately checked out and asked for a full refund. Never again would i give this place the time or day to stay again
