Good for a night, but long term the Hampton looked better.
7.0Convenient location near the Oakland Airport. Across the street was a cafe, Cafe Jolie. The staff was great.
− Neither this hotel nor the Hampton had a real restaurant, which was a let down the first night as I was tired. The Hampton had a sandwich, salad bar. The sofa in our room was torn, and the beds were not comfortable.
Love it and will return for sure
10.0I think this is one of the best hotel we ever visited. Staff were super nice, facility is super clean, food was great and location is ideal. I would absolutely recommend this place and revisit for sure!
− The parking was for a fee! They charged me twice for two rooms although it was one car only. They eventually fixed it I also thought it was for free in the first place
Will be booking again here in two weeks and I’m looking forward to my stay.
10.0The common areas were clean the hallways were clean and had a fresh smell. The elevator was clean inside. The room was sparkling clean and I loved the refrigerator and kitchen area. The breakfast in the morning was delicious with lots of choices, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
