Excellent hotel which is well worth a stay
10.0As we had come to watch the Real Madrid home game the hotel location was perfect. Food wise there were numerous options available in the hotel vicinity which catered to all tastes. The immediate area was safe and perfect for families. Getting to the centre of Madrid was very easy with metro lines close to the hotel. The hotel facilities were great with the rooftop pool and bar a particular stand out. Although the pool was cold, once you got used to it it was very refreshing. Our room was very good with really comfortable beds. There were both hot and cold breakfast options available which set us up well for the day. Finally the staff were excellent - really friendly and professional. A special shout out to Lorenzo, Dani, Raul and Maurizio who were extremely helpful and friendly.

− The breakfast room was downstairs in a windowless room. I wanted to go out for breakfast.
