Enjoyed our stay
8.0We like the location for easy access via their public train and the hotel has a vantage view of Marina Bay Sands. Buffet breakfast with a choice of 2 restaurants plus a quieter lounge option was something we looked forward to every morning before planning our day ahead. Staff accommodated our request to have our 3 rooms close together. In fact, we were all next to each other, with one connecting room.
− Was not told about renovations being done to some facilities in the spa until we got there. However, we were still able to enjoy whatever was available.

8.0Location was perfect within a short train ride to Marina Bay Sands and Orchard shopping district and walking distance to other attractions. Having a choice of 2 restaurants for buffet breakfasts is quite rare and a treat.
− There was no bidet spray for the toilet. The pillows were too soft. We could probably request a change but didn't know. Check-in was a little confusing as we had L65 access and didn't know how to get up there for check-in. There was no hot chocolate in the lounge and the juices would often run out and not be refilled.

It was good, but nothing special.
8.0Great location for exploring the Civic District and Downtown! It was the third hotel of our Singapore trip and definitely the busiest. Being so large, you blend into the crowd and get less personal attention than at other hotels. Coming from other 5-star hotels, we were surprised the Swissôtel didn't match that same high level of service. The room was good, though showing some wear and tear. The view was nice despite the haze, but clear skies would have made it incredible.
− It would definitely be nice to have a warmer pool.
