Nic, přijel jsem do ubytování a rezervace mi byla zrušena, náhradu jsem si musel najít sám a sám zaplatit nemluvě o výdajích za taxi a neschopnosti bookingu při mé úrovni Génius 3

− We got scammed by the staff. We got to the hotel at 2 am after a long flight, looking forward to check in and going to sleep as fast as possible. To our surprise the staff at the front desk were very suprised to see us since they said they dont have any check in's theyre looking for. Of course i showed them my booking confirmation with the "confirmed" status and my confirmation email. They proceeded to tell me that my booking was cancelled and that i wasnt informed because of a mistake thay booking.com made. This went on until 4 am. 2 hours in the lobby of me trying to explain to the staff that this is impossible while talking to booking on my phone. At first they told me that my room was already given to someone else and that there are no moe rooms available at that time. After that they told me we can get a room for double the price i payed on booking. Felt like they wanted to scam us and take the money for themselves. They also said that they dont make the prices up but booking does, then proceeded to bargain for the price of the room. This made it obvious for me that they are scammers looking to make some money off of us. A very very bad experience for us. Would not recommend. Choose anything else over this.
