I have been using the hotel since 2023. This year one can tell that the hotel is really neglected. We had to change our first room as the door handles were broken and the rooms lights were not functioning nor was the AC. We moved to another room to which the carpets, headboards, tables were very dirty. I had to asked for it to be vacuumed. The AC switch pad kept falling out. It’s sad to see the complete sheer decline and neglect of the hotel rooms. I guess it is now a 100% budget hotel, not a hotel that deserves a creek view, which was hard to see as the windows were filthy. There was literal dust and dirt and hair in ten carpets. Their curtains were broken. My dad has stayed there 8 times and he said he will not return.

Very friendly hotel . Good location and view from the room amazing burj khaleefa and creek we enjoy the creek fireworks U A E National day.. from top of the hotel can see all around Dunai Restaurant serving very good specially breakfast . Restaurant Team good service Minky & Rojan service very good Mr Vijay Restaurant incharge Very humble and polite proffetional & helpfull. Room and room boys very helpfull I recomend this hotel for good stay

This hotel is the best , small things make big difference for example- They are very helpful breakfast is very good they serve food whatever customers demands after menu also.. Mr. Vijay banquet manager is the best he is very helpful and takes care of his staff very professionally . Mr. Nafiz is very jolly person he always remembers the need of a person and serves before his call Thank you best western

This hotel has best morning breakfast staff especially Mr. VIJAY ( Banquet Manager) he handles staff very professionally , they never said no to anything they provide food after breakfast menu also for customers satisfaction 1000 stars for them

My stay pearl creek hotel is very happy very good location eassy access from dubai airport.. good view from the room and night view from rooftop amazing I enjoyed breakfast buffet very good choice for al nationality .. very kind staff polite good service. specially mention Vijay good communication knowledge .. I observe him he can communicate with many languages specially Russin customer and Arabic customers excellent. thanks to advise about shopping areas and maĺs staff names and Rojan good boys breakfast good Rooms good view location good I will recommend for all

This was my 2nd stay at Best Western Pearl Creek Excellent value for money. Staff were very professional and polite . Concierge amazing. As was the housekeeping team they have a very high standard of cleaning and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is tired snd needs refurbishing but for the price it was Excellent. Reception was friendly and efficient. Breakfast wasn't great but the fresh fruit was good . I would stayvthere again as it us situated close to Gold Souk and other historic Deira places of interest.
