Great place to stay if you don’t intend to be at the hotel much.
7.0The location is wonderful. You can’t get better. A very short walk from the main station

− No fridge in the room so we couldn’t buy yogurt and I couldn’t keep my medicine in the right temperature which is at fridge temperature.

Great Zurich hotel
9.0Excellent location, easy walk from Zurich Main Station, and to all the main areas of Zurich. Excellent and very helpful staff. Good bar & restaurant at the hotel and nearby.
− No refrigerator in the room. Needs dedicated charging ports for phones.
A lovely hotel but sadly I won’t be able it in the future because no invoice will be provided
3.0The hotel is lovely. Fabulous location. Very clean.
− I work and travel extensively for an international company. Unfortunately, after contact with the hotel 2x through Booking and once personally stopping by when I was next in Zürich, I have been denied the needed invoice for my company expenses report. I was told, both through booking messaging and personally, that I had to go through Booking to get a receipt because I made the reservation and payment through them. Booking does provide a receipt but it cannot be used for tax purposes. The needed hotel invoice, which is always provided in ALL other hotels, even when booked with Booking.com, was denied. Additionally I now have the additional issues this has caused with my company accounting department. The only invoice issued to me was for the 7.— CHF city tax which was charged directly at the hotel.
