Not impressed definitely not a four star hotel.
1.0Location and the check in staff were quite nice.
− The bed was terrible, so terrible we didn’t stay the second night. The room needs a lot of attention. Nothing like the photos on Booking.com. The floor covering in the main room is coming apart. The kitchenette had chips in the cupboard doors and benches and dust over the stove top. The shower had good pressure but the cubicle was so small if you bent over you would hit your head on the wall. Stains in the carpets and over the lounge. The light outside in the walkway shone through the bathroom window lighting up the whole room.The car park was not to suited for larger cars. Tried to contact Booking .com and the property and still no response from either. The office on the grounds never seemed to have anyone there.

A very comfortable unit for two people, the ocean facing balcony was very good.
8.0The perfect location for participating in the Sunshine Coast Marathon and shops within walking distance.
− Some of the car parks were tight for parking larger vehicles.
