Outstanding.
10.0The staff, their attitude toward me was extremely courteous, especially the receptionist, As a cancer patient & a ARMY Veteran they took exceptional care of me. This made my stay most memorable.

− There were no lifts though so lugging bags up 3 flights with a family and sore back wasn’t great.
