10.0Excellent location. Surprisingly quiet at night. Property was very nice and the staff was friendly and made it a great experience.
− The bathroom lighting is too low if you are trying to put on makeup or need to see your face.
Another nice stay at the Greyson
8.0Stayed in this hotel for the past 2 summers, nice hotel with great breakfast options, rooms are small but that is normal in New York, we had just travelled from Texas where the rooms are huge. The Greystone has a lovely rooftop bar serving great cocktails and is just around the corner from 5th Ave and 5 minutes walk to the lovely Byrant. Location is super.
− I think the front desk need to relook at their check-in process, before they ask for a Credit Card they should at a minimum welcome clients to New York or even ask how was their trip - no mention of where the breakfast was or that there was rooftop bar, only I know this hotel and knew this was not the norm, I wouldn't have been very impressed - they need to go back to basics.
