A beautiful gem of a stay

It felt like home and I didn't want to leave.

− I didn't have water for a few hours, also the communication was not good and I was stuck outside. There was no explanation of the fob to gain entry.

Love the bright bedroom. The place is spacious. And Raul is very helpful.

− The pressure of the kitchen faucet is too strong. I get wet every time I use it.

Nice apt, need better communication.

Comfortable bed, a/c worked pretty well. Location was good.

− Pillows are stupid huge. I need 2, had to use a couch pillow between my knees, IYKYK. Halls are hot. Poor communication on how to obtain keys and use them to get in and out of apt. You have to scan the key, but they gave you actual keys. Had a tenant not came by, we would have had no idea. (A picky but important detail). No one available to check you in, so relying on responses thru email, which took time.

Ausstattung und Design.

Flooded out of room, not compensated for trouble in anyway, unable to conact main booking.com ~

Size of room, location was good, bed was comfortable. As expected for what was promised.

− There was no one to assist with the difficulty of getting the keys originally except for help from a neighbor. The 3rd night while we were sleeping, the air conditioner/plumbing broke. Water everywhere, floor, wall, etc. We had to turn off the air and wait for help. We sent the first message at 8 a.m., then called at 9. People showed up to start helping around 10:00, they were nice. However, we got very bad communication about what was going to happen while maintenance ran around. Some text messages without a number to call back. No way to call main booking.com - just got AI and no option for a real problem not on the list. We had things to do and with no phone numbers to reach people, when maintenance left we talked to the security guard downstairs. He was not in charge of apartment (hotel) rooms as they belong to different people. We finally got the security guard to take us blocks away to another hotel where the managers of the apartment were - they told us they were moving hotels for us. This is almost 6 hours later with No Air. What a stressful, waste of our day. Someone was supposed to come help us move, they did not, the security guard helped when we started down the streets with our luggage ourselves. Nice man. By the time we got to our new much smaller room, about 2:30, we were too exhausted to go to the tour we had booked at 3:00 (they were nice enough to move it for us to the next morning). I asked for a one day reduction in our bill due to all the trouble and waste of our time and was told NO. That I should be glad they found us another room. (Noted also, the new hotel was cheaper than the one booked and we would not have stayed there if we had picked our own room - very cramped, though nice decor. Pool on roof, is not a real swimming pool, it is more like a wading, soaking pool.) So over all experience - Will not be staying at any of these places again, and will not be using booking.com for a while either as could not contact.
