The place was in a convenient location in SLC, our apartment was close to the parking lot, and the area was nice and quiet. Definitely recommend for short or long term stay. We came here for the DSNX25, and will try to book again for DSNX26.

It was comfortable. Having the kitchen was very nice for family dinner and breakfast. Tv’s in every room. Nice big beds.

great stay but for the price I would expect the apartment to be cleaned and maintance up to date!

Location was perfect! apartment was also very comfortable and decorated really well! Washer and dryer are a bonus!!!

− As a former housekeeping manager I noticed a couple of things … no fan in bathroom so when you shower it gets really muggy and there is mold on the ceiling and in the window of the shower! Walls of shower had hair all over, pillows looked not washed, they have big stains of makeup, and counters/ light fixture weren’t dusted at all. Also don’t forget your shower essentials, I ran out of conditioner and used the one provided, unfortunately it smelled like plastic and did nothing for my hair.

We had a great time in the appartement, it was comfortable and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Walking distance of some restaurants. Beds were comfortable, the apartment has everything you need. Everything was well organized. We will rent again.

− We received an message on the day of checking-in for a deposit and if we didn't pay the deposit our reservation would be canceled. It would be great to know this information before making the reservation so you have a choice. The deposit was no problem, just that we didn't see this information on booking.com. Also to much emails and messages from the owners with rules and when we had questions it took some time to get an answer. Small things to consider.
